The most recent Windows Insider preview build released by Microsoft towards the Dev channel includes a new Fluent emoji experience, therefore aligning this selection whose popularity is continuously increasing using the modern touch bundled using the operating system.
Announced in July, this new Fluent emoji also supports Unicode emoji as much as version 13.1, which means users are also getting new smiley faces included in this release.
Not to mention, the new and refreshed emoji have been redesigned to appear not only fun but also more contemporary.
"Emoji have become area of the approach we take to communicate. Extending our expression by providing humor, feelings, and fun. You will notice we've redesigned all of the emoji and introduced some nostalgia for the fans by making the standard paperclip emoji our beloved Clippy! As part of this rollout, we're adding support for Unicode emoji up to Emoji 13.1 which includes new emoji such as face in the clouds, heart on fire, space with spiral eyes plus a lot more," Microsoft said.
Now available for testers only
What's important to bear in mind is that this new emoji experience happens to be area of the Windows Insider program exclusively, if you would like to try it today, just join the Dev channel and install build 22478.
However, Microsoft says it shouldn't take too much time prior to the new emoji also goes love production devices that have already received Windows 11.
To get this done, the organization plans on utilizing a servicing update that will be shipped to everyone running the brand new operating system, though right now, an ETA as to if this is supposed to happen isn't yet available.
Windows 11 is currently in the process of rolling to production devices available, with Microsoft planning to complete the process by mid-2022.
